Every service engagement at Astrofbeta begins with a clear conversation: what you need, what we can do, how long it will take, and what it will cost. We do not operate on vague estimates that shift at the end. Our team members have between three and nine years of hands-on experience in their respective disciplines, and they are encouraged to say “that is outside our scope” when a client's requirement falls beyond what we do well. Referrals to trusted specialists in Kisumu are offered at no charge. Our aim is that every client leaves knowing exactly what was done and why.

Before any remedial work begins, we carry out a structured assessment. You receive a written summary of findings and a recommended action plan with itemised costs. Accepting the plan is your choice — there is no pressure and no penalty for declining.
Our technical staff carry out approved work to a documented standard. Progress is communicated at each stage, and the completed job is reviewed jointly with the client before we consider it closed. Corrections identified at this review are made at no additional charge.
For a defined period following service completion, clients may raise questions or flag concerns by phone or email. We investigate promptly and, where the issue relates directly to our work, we resolve it without additional billing.

Yes, always. We will not begin any billable work without a written scope and cost that you have approved. If the scope changes mid-job, we pause and discuss it with you before proceeding.
Duration depends on the nature of the work. Assessments usually take 45 to 90 minutes. Technical execution jobs range from a single visit to several days for more complex requirements. We give you a timeline estimate upfront and flag any changes as early as possible.
We will tell you directly and can refer you to vetted specialists in Kisumu whom we have worked alongside. We do not subcontract without your knowledge, and we charge nothing for the referral.
For locations within Kisumu city limits, the initial assessment fee is fixed and disclosed when you book. For locations outside the city, we advise the travel cost upfront before confirming the booking.
