Why We Keep the Range Compact
Astrofbeta's product selection is intentionally narrow. We stock roughly forty to sixty distinct items at any given time — enough variety to serve the recurring needs of our client base, not so many that quality oversight becomes impractical. Each product is reviewed before it enters the range: we consider the supplier's reliability, the item's fit-for-purpose performance, and whether the price represents fair value in the Kisumu market. Products that generate complaints are removed quickly, and clients who raise concerns receive a direct response within 48 hours. If you are looking for something we do not carry, ask at the front desk — we track requests and adjust our range accordingly.
Product Categories Available In-Store
Our slate-professional display environment keeps everything organised and easy to browse.
Specialist Items
A selection of harder-to-find products sourced from reputable suppliers outside Kisumu. These are ordered on a scheduled cycle, so enquire in advance if you have a specific item in mind — we will confirm the next expected stock date.
Seasonal Additions
Certain products enter our range in response to seasonal demand or client feedback. These are clearly labelled as limited stock. When they sell out, we evaluate whether demand warrants a permanent listing before reordering.
“I asked whether they could stock a specialist item I had been buying from Nairobi. They said they would look into it, and three weeks later it was on the shelf. That responsiveness to a single customer's request is exactly what sets a local shop apart from a chain.”
