A Booking Process Built Around Your Schedule
Many local businesses in Kisumu still rely on walk-in queues or informal WhatsApp messages to manage their diaries. Astrofbeta runs a structured appointment system because we believe your time is as valuable as ours. When you book a slot — by phone, email, or in person at the front desk — that slot is reserved exclusively for you. Our team prepares in advance so the moment you arrive, we are ready. Appointment slots are available Monday through Friday between 08:00 and 17:00, and on Saturday mornings between 09:00 and 12:30. Same-day bookings are accepted when capacity allows.
How the Booking Process Works
Three straightforward steps from enquiry to confirmed appointment.
Step 2 — Confirm the Slot
We check availability and confirm your appointment within one business hour during working days. You receive a confirmation by your chosen channel — phone call, SMS, or email — along with any preparation notes relevant to your visit.
Step 3 — Arrive Ready
Come at your confirmed time. The staff member assigned to you will already be briefed on your requirement. If you need to reschedule, inform us at least two hours in advance and we will find an alternative slot without any rebooking charge.
“I booked a Saturday morning slot by phone on a Friday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised it was available. When I arrived at 09:15, the team already knew why I was there and had everything set up. That kind of preparation tells you a business takes its diary seriously.”
